Buying made-to-measure tables online is not exactly commonplace. Of course, we try to present everything as clearly and transparently as possible, but questions always remain. That is why we have compiled the most important questions from our customers for you below.

Once you have put together your desired configuration in our shop, go to the shopping cart and fill out the form for the delivery address and contact details. Complete your order after checking again and selecting the payment method.
If you have chosen PayPal, payment by credit card or direct debit, you will be redirected to the PayPal page and can make your payment there.
If you have chosen payment in advance by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details after completing your order. During the order process, a 3% discount will automatically be deducted from the total amount for this payment method.
If you make a mistake when ordering, this is not a problem. Simply contact us and we will change the order accordingly.
In principle, we are also happy to take your orders beyond the online shop by email or on the phone. Or order your table in person during a visit to Berlin or Verl!

Made in Germany means that our tables are manufactured entirely in Germany. From the idea to the conception and realisation, everything takes place between Berlin and East Westphalia. This means that we have the entire value chain in our hands and can offer you a perfect product in terms of quality, aesthetics and sustainability. Outside the category of dining tables, we also offer products from other manufacturers, some of which are not based in Germany. These products are of course labelled accordingly. Our partners all produce according to the same values that are central to us. Above all, this means the best quality products, sustainable production and good working conditions for all people involved in the value creation process.
In Berlin we are represented with our showroom at Köpenicker Chaussee 4, in Mitte. There you can visit us on Thursdays and Fridays from 1 to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 12 to 4 pm. We are also happy to offer appointments outside of regular opening hours by appointment.
You are also welcome to visit our production site at Industriestraße 1, in 33415 Verl. There you can visit our showroom from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., or by appointment.
Wood is a natural material and therefore our products are naturally individual in their texture. In our opinion, this is exactly what makes our products so charming. Each piece is unique and crafted by a master craftsman. Should you nevertheless have any complaints about your MB zwo product, please contact us and we will find a solution.
Especially with our made-to-measure tables, we try to meet your ideas exactly, also with regard to the sorting of the wood. Please let us know your special wishes and we will do our best to fulfil them.
Of course, we will help you in your decision for the perfect solid wood table where we can. Just send us an email with the wood types you want, call us or fill out the order form for wood samples. We will then send you the appropriate wood samples.
All our products are treated with environmentally friendly BIVOS oil-wax as standard. The product is absolutely harmless and is made from linen oil and beeswax.
We produce lacquered or stained surfaces on customer request.
We usually need 10 to 12 weeks for the production of our solid wood tables. If you have special time requirements, please contact us. We will then make every effort to meet them.
In the best case, we have not yet started with the production of the customised table.
Our tables are products of the heart that we do not want to impose on anyone. Provided that no expense has yet been incurred, you can withdraw from your purchase.
If there are any change requests regarding material or colour, we will of course try to take them into account as far as possible.
Our products leave production in 100% perfect condition. Should the goods delivered by us nevertheless be damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can clarify further details regarding return transport or replacement. Please send us photos of the defects in question.
How does the payment refund work in this case?
If you have returned your order, we will immediately refund you the corresponding amount. This usually happens via the payment method previously selected in the ordering process, i.e. via bank transfer or PayPal transfer.
Payment can be made either by Paypal, credit card or advance payment by bank transfer. Individual arrangements are also possible. Read more about the payment options here.

Die Spedition wickelt auch die Abfuhr der 7,7 % MwSt. für die Schweiz ab. Diese wird zur Verzollungspauschale addiert. Somit fallen nach dem Kauf keine weiteren Formalitäten und Kosten an.
